做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
