做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
