做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
