做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
