做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
