做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
