做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
