做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
