做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
