做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
