做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
