做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
