做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
