做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
