做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
