做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
