做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
