做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
