做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
