做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
