做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
