做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
