做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
