做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
