做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
