做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
