做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
