做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
