做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
