做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
