做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
