做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
