做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
