做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
