做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
