做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
