做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
