做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
