做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
