做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
