做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
