做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
