做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
