做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
