做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
