做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
