做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
