做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
