做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
