做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
